Sports & Event Photography

Capturing special events is what a camera is made for! I mostly find myself shooting my son’s events, which lately means cross country meets at the crack of dawn. (By the way it’s still hot at 7am in Austin! But at least the light is reasonable.) And up next: Robotics competitions. I’ll need to work on capturing the robots’ good sides.

I’ve photographed all kinds of events: track, wrestling, baseball, tennis, retirement parties, trapping workshops, bachelorette parties, girls weekends, science fairs.

Please note: I do not work weddings. I like to keep what fleeting sanity I have left, thank you.
